Louisa has been with the Leather Research Laboratory since 2017. She holds an Associate of Applied Science in Business Management Technology from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College. She graduated Summa Cum Laude.

She has many years of customer service and office management experience. She has streamlined the sample receiving, data storage and invoicing processes of the lab. She has a base knowledge of leather, leather testing and will warmly refer you to the associate who is best able to answer your specific questions about leather testing and technology.
