Michael started his career at the Leather Research Laboratory in 2014. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology, from the University of Dayton.

His area of expertise is in physical performance testing (stitch tear, flammability, elongation, etc.). He is trained in Military Testing, and performs some of the chemical tests, as needed.

Michael Kelley does the Leather Conditioning testing, as well as Upholstery, Aviation and Flammability Testing
